Pink Cotton Lamb's Ear

Stachys lavandulifolia

Plant Details:

Plant Type: Perennial
Plant Family: Lamiaceae
Plant Description: Possessing showier blooms than other lamb’s ear species, Pink Cotton Lamb’s Ear sends out abundant spikes of airy lavender pink flowers with silky filaments from late spring to early summer. An excellent groundcover, it forms dense mats of woolly, gray-green foliage that slowly spread. Rabbit and deer resistant, and highly drought tolerant, this perennial is an excellent candidate for challenging sites.
